When you book a reservation for an excursion through Roatan Anderson Tours website, all tour purchases must make a deposit or be paid for at time of booking and are subject to confirmation from Roatan Anderson Tours within four business days after purchase. Customers will be fully refunded, if the order cannot be confirmed. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Your payment will be listed as Roatan Anderson Tours on your credit or debit card statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, in respect of any packages, meals or any other services utilized. All tours are rain or shine unless canceled by Roatan Anderson Tours. If canceled by Roatan Anderson Tours, or you are traveling by ship and the scheduled stop is canceled your payment is fully refundable.
If you are canceling within seven business days of your scheduled excursion date your payment are non-refundable. Canceling a booking with Roatan Anderson Tours can result in cancellation fees applied by Roatan Anderson Tours. You will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees when canceling any booking
The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees.
